Responsibilities
Manage proposal process from qualification to submission, including strategy, design, and debrief.
Mentor and train Marketing Graphics Coordinator, review marketing tasks, and set priorities.
Attend PR meetings, manage social media content, and ensure accurate posts on all channels.
Identify projects for awards submissions, manage awards calendar, and support submission collateral.
Ensure all marketing collateral is up to date, consistent, and visually aligned with firm standards.
Provide support to Seller/Doers, qualify leads, and assist with research.
Train and oversee marketing tasks assigned to the Executive Assistant.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
5+ years of proposal experience
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign; and Microsoft Office Suite
CRM proficiency
Maintain a willingness to engage in tasks/challenges beyond stated responsibilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a consistent and positive manner
Team player able to work in cooperation with others (both marketing and technical)
Ability to work overtime as needed
Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
