Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels, including Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and Individual Contributors.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications and mapping documents. Develop process flow charts as needed to support use case and business requirements understanding.
Communicate effectively in writing or through meetings with the project team.
Take ownership of the product backlog. Prioritize and groom project tasks to ensure efficient delivery. Provide weekly updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) and actively participate in SCRUM meetings.
Represent the integrations team on multiple cross-functional projects, both internally and externally. Collaborate closely with other teams and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding critical issues, project status, and changes.
Foster efficient communication with the Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. Ensure seamless collaboration in completing all development projects.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and requests.

Required
Five or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis, including production support
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with integrations and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools
Proficiency in relational databases and data warehouse and skilled in SQL Server queries
Ability to take ownership of critical decisions, leading to resolution on behalf of Business and IT
Experience with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS Systems or related technical field required (5 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted)
Preferred
Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience is a plus
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership levels across the organization
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to work efficiently in a hybrid environment
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
Adept at rapidly grasping new concepts and technologies
Self-starter/motivator having a proactive, agile and strategic mindset
Strong aptitude for logical and analytical thinking, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with colleagues at all levels within the company
Maintains a positive outlook and approaches challenges with professionalism
