Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic renewal plans and pricing proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Maintain accurate records in SFDC for up-to-date revenue forecasts.
Engage in proactive upselling approaches to enhance customer satisfaction.
Continually refine and optimize the renewal process for efficiency.
Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs for existing customers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and compliant sales process.
Stay updated on industry changes and competitive dynamics affecting assigned accounts.

Required

2-4 years of experience in sales development or renewals, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing sectors
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of cloud technology, the SaaS business model, and a solid commercial acumen
Proven track record of achievement against targets
Personality that thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
Excellent core sales skills
Comfortable in a flexible, entrepreneurial setting, with a proven track record of working independently and taking initiative
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Legal, Finance, etc
Ability to engage and influence senior executives (CEOs, CMOs, Directors/VPs of Digital Marketing or Ecommerce)
Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and capable of delivering succinct executive-level updates
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
