Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of client and colleague experiences, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas for user experience improvement and growth

Conduct market research and analysis to collect client and internal user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights, business goals, and process optimization opportunities

Translate product vision into actionable strategies, drive execution with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with broader portfolio planning

Collaborate with business and technology partners to prioritize features, create user stories, and drive product development efficiently

Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and communication in collaboration with business teams

Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements with Analytics and Support teams

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 3-5 years prior experience in product management or management consulting, ideally within investment banking or a similar role within the financial services industry

Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership

Proven ability to lead with influence, fostering a positive work environment, while driving impactful results
