Responsibilities

Develop detailed financial reporting to track and measure performance at various levels

Collaborate with talent development and HR to monitor progress against financial goals

Conduct analysis of talent depth and pipeline for strategic initiatives

Develop recommendations for work allocation reflecting financial targets

Seek input to drive improvements to financial reports and databases

Review and recommend efficient staffing models based on financial reporting

Assess financial reporting instruments to align with strategic objectives

Monitor associate utilization and rate realization, improve performance where necessary

Coordinate with lateral attorneys for proper transition of client work

Manage projects collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. Advanced degree (such as J.D. or M.B.A.) is a plus

Three-plus years of experience in financial analysis/reporting, legal operations management, organizational development, and/or strategic planning and execution

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage projects in a collaborative fashion

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Strong technological proficiency

Ability to travel to other office locations 2-4 weeks of the year
