Responsibilities

Ensure seamless delivery of the projects by evaluating budget, costs, risks, and staffing requirements.

Monitor compliance to Project SLA’s, information security protocols, and customer contractual obligations.

Liaise between customer and internal technical delivery team to drive project health and adherence to project metrics.

Engage with clients to deploy multiple solutions and conduct regular customer connects to understand customer needs.

Create and monitor project performance dashboards and reports with clients periodically.

Identify and resolve potential risks on project delivery and drive for ZERO surprise escalations.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives by driving internal training sessions and best practices.

Forecast talent requirements, hire resources, and ensure adequate onboarding and training for team members.

Set goals for the team, conduct performance reviews, and drive engagement initiatives for the team.
