Responsibilities
Manage social media content, calendar, and digital presence.
Handle reputation management and online reviews.
Support the promotion of education offerings under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
Fulfill graphic design requests as required.
Assist with updating firm materials and website.
Contribute to brand management.
Oversee data integration in the third-party mail platform.
Track and analyze online communication trends.
Coordinate the ordering of promotional gifts.
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (can be in progress), or related field
Corporate marketing experience with social media platforms and digital marketing required
InDesign experience required; WordPress experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
