Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to optimize/improve existing Jira Service Management projects.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and filters for operational/performance metrics and status reports.
Implement feature requests, workflow automations, and reporting requests in JIRA Service Management Environment.
Provide end user coaching, training, and support documentation.
Create and manage user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, and reports in Jira Service Management.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience with the Atlassian product suite
ITIL/ITSM experience
Experience with other service desk tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage and prioritize workload to ensure support requests are handled with SLA’s
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
Can work independently with minimal guidance and oversight
Use of AI tools both within service desk and other productivity applications
