Responsibilities

Lead project implementations and product configurations for client accounts

Manage the design process to align Medable’s software with study scope

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medable's software to guide clients

Collect and record study requirements for comprehensive documentation

Create and manage detailed project plans for timely deliverables

Establish and manage project timelines and objectives

Identify and address issues or risks proactively

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide technical/product training and support to clients

Prepare, report on, and distribute progress reports

Prioritize workload and facilitate collaboration across divisions

Champion ongoing improvement initiatives in project management

Promote team empowerment and engagement for project success

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 6 years of related experience

Experience leading project implementations and product configurations to meet client requirements and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met

Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process

Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, clinical data models and other eClinical data collection instruments

Demonstrates experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specifications

Experience creating and managing project plans

Experience with clinical trial (ePRO, EDC, mobile) or healthcare software solutions

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

Adept at solving complicated technical problems and conversing with clients

Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines

Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities

Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the \

Preferred

Smartsheets or equivalent project management software

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or equivalent office software

JIRA or equivalent bug-tracking software

Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience
