Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM framework.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP experience to configure and customize CRM functionalities to align with business needs.
Employ analytical skills to identify gaps and inefficiencies in CRM processes and propose innovative solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business systems and applications.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP, with a focus on CRM modules.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Proficiency in analysis, design/architecture, configuration, and problem-solving within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
