Responsibilities
Develop relationships and grow profitable sales by selling, promoting, merchandising, and implementing programs
Achieve / exceed aggressive sales budget while maintaining a specific trade accrual plan
Strategically plan for and manage account proposals, programs, promotions and timelines to ensure that sales opportunities are identified and properly pursued
Develop new business by growing the retailer’s portfolio of products
Provide monthly reports to management on key opportunities, new business, business at risk, market trends and competitive data. Track POS data within account and report sales movement and trends while making corrective actions as needed
Manage broker partners as required for account specific needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years Sales/Marketing Experience with National Brands in the CPG space
Experience with Northeast retailers such as Wegmans, Wakefern, Giant Eagle, Weis, Key Foods, and C&S Customers is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and roll up your sleeves.
Ability to travel
