Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and enhance Platinum custom apps across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Create insightful and accurate reports and dashboards.

Handle Salesforce Admin tasks, such as user and permissions management, data loading, page and layout authoring, and object management.

Provide Salesforce support to internal and external (portal) users.

Manage and enhance Experience client portals.

Contribute to ongoing data integrity projects.

Collaborate with departments to understand their needs and generate recommended solutions.

Work with Salesforce developers, API integrators, and third-party providers.

Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator with minimum 3 years working in the Salesforce ecosystem as lead admin.

Experience creating and maintaining custom functionality including Flows, sObjects, Lightning Pages, complex Reports, Dashboards, Layouts, Approval Processes, Duplicate management.

Strong skills in using the Salesforce security model – Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Roles

Able to manage key components of the Sales Pipeline – Leads (loading), Campaigns, Opportunities (conversion, mapping), Orders, Cases

Able to analyze business problems and translate them into clear and well-structured business requirements and Salesforce solutions.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic project management skills, tracking tasks and deliverables and maintaining project documentation.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
