Act as Collette brand ambassador and work with travel professionals to promote and sell Collette’s products.
Close sales with both businesses and consumers through effective communication and strategic thinking.
Prospect for new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
Understand existing and potential partnerships in the assigned territory to align with sales goals.
Utilize data to ensure activities contribute to revenue and market share goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive repeat business.
Educate travel professionals on Collette brand, products, and promotions.
Participate in educational programs and trade shows to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
History of high levels of achievement and overcoming obstacles in business, academics, or athletics
Strong relationship development and management skills
Effective communicator in varying mediums and to a variety of audiences
Proactive, trustworthy, and self-driven approach to business
Growth mindset leading to continual development
Strong interpersonal skills
Passion for developing a personal brand in alignment with Collette’s brand
Ability to be self-sufficient through problem-solving and leveraging all available resources
Capacity to travel overnight – up to 5+ nights a month and to domestic and international sales trips
