Responsibilities

Administrate and update the manufacturing ERP system (SBD uses SAP) to support the manufacturing site.

Interact with multiple functions within a manufacturing environment to establish and implement master data critical to the daily running of the business.

Responsible for various SAP functions such as creating Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Production Versions (PVs), Routes, and work centers.

Maintain ISO Procedures related to the Technical Data Specialist job function.

Maintain documents supporting the building of parts, BOMs, and SAP process rates.

Monitor plant-level documents for potential changes to processes and process rates.

Work with Manufacturing Engineers to conduct audits on processes and interact with plant-level Engineering Changes (LECNs) for the East Longmeadow (ELM) plant.

Required

More than 3 years’ experience working with SAP in a factory floor environment.

Excellent mathematical skills.

Experience doing Time Studies and setting Work Standards is a plus.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Good English written and oral communication skills.
