Responsibilities
As part of a team that executes an Agile methodology combining Lean Six Sigma and other best practices/methodologies to streamline planning and execution, define the work needed to accomplish strategic goals.
Design, sustain, enhance, optimize, configure, migrate, troubleshoot, and test applications as part of overall transformation efforts to provide innovative, emergent, and continual business process and enterprise IT solution improvements.
Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s Technology Roadmap, including current technologies and forecasts modernization efforts and planned/new application requirements for increments three to five years in the future.
Transform software applications using innovative solutions to solve identified problems, implement emerging technologies, perform patches and software upgrades, and research and suggest new database products, services, and protocols.
Transform process improvements in a consistent, deliberate, and predictable manner.
Provide continuous software/hardware improvement, integrate information to facilitate data sharing across applications, meet data storage requirements, improve efficiency and performance, and lower costs.
Remain abreast of, implement, and execute processes for complying with Government data and security standards, including current records management policy for retention or archiving of data.
Perform prototyping of concepts to proof of concept, development of standards and test plans, code and module design, and data solution debugging for desired efficiency, performance, and intent.
Perform testing for movement from development to production.
Ensure existence of backup and recovery capabilities.
Provide ad-hoc reporting, data management, and back-end data support for stakeholders.
Stack includes: Front end - Angular 9, AG-Grid, Highcharts, Angular Material, Front Awesome, Extended PDF viewer, HTML, and CSS; Back end components - Maven, Java 8, SpringBoot, Postgres SQL 9.6, Elasticsearch 7.10, Hadoop File System.

BA/BS 6+ years of experience or a combination of experience and education
Experience with Java
Experience with Angular
Experience with SQL
Active Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI Eligible) and Secret
Security + certification
