Responsibilities

Document dataset requirement for analysis to address issues encountered in the day to day operations of the Credit/Collection, invoicing, and Customer Service team for HYVE business

Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge

Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements

May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues

May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools

This is a general role in which employees work with multiple types of business data

Required

BA/BS degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Basic understanding of data analysis and modeling tools

Basic math, finance and business administration skills

Proficient in utilizing MS Excel to complete complex tasks

Basic experience in working with MS Power BI reports

Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations, etc.

Preferred

Proficiency with SQL and Access is a plus
