Responsibilities
Document and maintain change requirements such as risk assessment, change scheduling and impact analysis.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings across multiple teams.
Track the progress and status of requests and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Identify potential risks and obstacles associated with proposed changes.

Required
3 plus years of experience as a Change Control Coordinator or similar field.
Familiarity with ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation Certificated preferred).
Experience with change management tools such as ServiceNow.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Clearance: CBP Clearance Highly Preferred
