Responsibilities
Program and operate machinery to fabricate vacuum forming molds and tooling under minimal supervision.
Load and unload jigs and raw material in CNC machinery.
Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
Recognize, deploy and use inserts, fixtures, and tools.
Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
Operate CNC routers per instructions.
Comply with quality policy specifications to satisfy ISO requirements.
Follow established safety procedures.
Read and understand blueprints.
Assemble equipment and use basic precision measuring tools.
Determine specifications for high precision parts.
Meet production quotas for machined parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification

Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
CNC Machine Experience Required.
Demonstrated background in machine shop operations.
Ability to read and understand basic G&M code.
Basic knowledge of cutting tools and perishable tools associated with common types of machining.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently throughout the day and up to 50 lbs. infrequently throughout the day.
Must be able to stand 100% of the day.
