Responsibilities

Overseeing the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet the organization's needs.

Managing user access and security settings within the Salesforce platform.

Training and supporting users on how to effectively use Salesforce and maximize its features.

Monitoring data quality and integrity within the Salesforce system.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce.

Developing and implementing Salesforce best practices and processes.

Collaborating with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Creating reports and dashboards to track and analyze sales performance and KPIs.

Staying up-to-date on Salesforce updates and new features to optimize the platform for the organization.

Required

5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience

Advanced experience with visual flows, (migrating from) process builder, validation rules, approval processes, custom settings, custom metadata types, roles/profiles/sharing rules, etc.

Experience with managing large data sets, vlookups and updating records using data loader and workbench

Successful history of driving initiatives cross functionally with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce projects through requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and hypercare

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with scalability and efficiency top of mind

Eagerness to research and recommend new technologies or creative solutions that help drive productivity across the business

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
