Required

Previous Process Engineer, Business or Functional Analyst, Order to Cash workflow experience

4 year degree or equivalent experience

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with proven ability to build meaningful relationships with business and technical partners with a servant leadership mentality

A desire to learn new tools and technologies and the ability to teach others

Effective problem-solving skills to analyze, find the root cause, and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce the risk of the problem happening again

Capability to translate complex technical topics into actionable business terminology

Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office schedule
