Responsibilities

Support various n-tier enterprise-wide on-prem functions for platforms like Deltek Costpoint, Epicor, Pro.File, Cognos, Tableau, SSRS, Talend, SSIS, Oracle, and SQL Server.

Assist users remotely and facilitate 3rd party support.

Install/deploy hotfixes/patches with proper change controls.

Configure security controls and administer/support SQL/Oracle databases.

Perform implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Learn new technologies to support system functionality.

Handle data Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) processes.

Act as an escalation point to Level III Enterprise Wide Apps Analysts.

Generate audit-related evidence and respond to audit requests.

Other job duties as assigned.

Required

Technical/hands-on experience with front end and back end setup/configuration/support of multi-tier ERP, MRP, GL type platforms in general.

Ability to create, maintain, backup, restore and refresh SQL databases (Oracle also desired; can train).

Ability to interact effectively with end users, peers, 3rd party support providers and management (strong verbal and written communication skills).

Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the Essential Job Functions, including computer skills.

Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.

Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.

Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.

Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to obtain security clearance is required, if needed.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Must have previous involvement in implementing/supporting multi-tier platforms (ERP/MRP/GL desired).

SQL Server knowledge to support enterprise platforms and be able to create/troubleshoot complex views/stored procedures/queries.

Understanding of data security practices and experience implementing security controls (front end and back end).

Experience with data analysis, report development and ETL processes so as to deliver data to end users in various formats.
