Responsibilities

Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to the position.
Provide feedback to program leadership for evaluating staff performance and training needs.
Develop data collection plans with program leadership.
Monitor Salesforce boards to ensure complete and accurate population by program.
Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.
Implement safety protocols including evacuating with children and staff in emergencies.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards of conduct.
Provide training for Salesforce and SharePoint to key personnel.
Provide technical support within the Region for data systems.
Ensure data systems are populated daily with relevant information.
Perform audits and assessments to ensure systems are functioning as designed.
Compile and extrapolate key data for Quarterly and Annual Reports.
Work irregular days/hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Meet all deadlines required by program supervisors and federal partners.

Required

Must be bilingual. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
Academic Req: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent;
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience: Required – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training;
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
Meet regularly with program staff at all levels to understand the impact and goals of data entry and analysis for key areas of the program.
Provide feedback to program leadership for use in evaluating individual staff performance and training needs.
Develop data collection plans with program leadership.
Monitor Salesforce boards to ensure complete and accurate population by Program.
Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.
Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by supervisor.
Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
Providing training for Salesforce and SharePoint to key personnel.
Provide technical support and guidance within the Region for key data systems (Salesforce and SharePoint).
Coordinate with Administrator to ensure data systems are populated daily with relevant and accurate information and are functioning as intended.
Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure systems are functioning and being utilized as designed.
Coordinate the compilation and extrapolation of key data for Quarterly and Annual Reports to stakeholders.
Work irregular days/hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, depending on needs.
Frequently transverse from one location to another.
Meets all deadlines required by program supervisors and federal partners.
Requirements:
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
Demonstrate the ability to:
Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.

Preferred

Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree From An Accredited Institution
Preferred – Four (4) plus years of related experience and/or training
