Responsibilities
Maintain the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system, serving as the systems analyst for both hardware and software.
Identify training, technical and functional problems, and develop courses of action to meet the organization's needs.
Support the daily operation of the system, perform daily systems checks, backups, and assist with the development of management reports.
Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management to eliminate problems and improve supply systems effectiveness.
Review supply management system instructions/developmental plans, proposals, specifications/requirements, and provide pertinent data and advice to management.
Provide guidance on automated supply operations by developing functional users manuals and conducting functional training in new or revised automated medical logistics management information systems.
May need to cover weekend work in support of Logistics DMLSS users.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5+ years of related experience in a similar environment
Must be able to be approved for a Common Access Card (CAC) T1
U.S. citizenship
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Skill in managing multiple projects and stakeholder interests with timeliness, accuracy, and quality
Excellent analytical and qualitative strategic thinking capabilities and collaboration skills, along with good judgement under pressure
May be required to provide weekend support for DMLSS users
