Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, patient demographics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage data preparation for analytic efforts by integrating and consolidating data, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and creating complex or high profile data sets.
Utilize advanced analytical tools such as R, Python, and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive actionable insights.
Use mapping software to create spatial analyses and geographical visualizations to support facility planning, resource allocation, and market expansion strategies.
Create and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings, trends, and strategic opportunities.
Develop and maintain complex predictive models, utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, to forecast patient demand, resource utilization, and financial performance.
Serves as the subject matter expert and technical leader on all vendor-acquired planning data (e.g., market claims data).
Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting analytical models and recommendations as needed based on evolving market dynamics.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Nine years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus five years of related experience/training.
Experience in healthcare, enterprise data management, data warehousing, financial modeling, business intelligence or financial analytics reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
