Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
Analyze supply chain data and metrics for improvement and cost optimization.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
Develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance.
Lead projects to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Own the reverse logistics pathway for repair and RMA materials.
Design and implement packaging solutions to optimize product protection and reduce costs.
Collaborate with R&D to transition new products into production and supply chain operations.
Provide technical support to resolve supply chain-related challenges.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Document procedures for supply chain processes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or engineering roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, DFA/DFM, and tolerancing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights.
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MRP systems, supply chain analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
