Responsibilities
Daily output plan and production schedule
Product quality yields
Inventory control
Product engineering and standard operating procedure
Understand customer requirement and formulate delivery plan
Manage and supervise team members to meet corporate operating rules and policy
Continuous improvement in all aspect of production operations
Other management assigned duties and tasks

Required
BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MS degree is preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experiences with storage, server and cloud industry
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Python, C++, Java, SQL
Minimum 2+ years of work experience and familiar with Linux file system
Experience with developing system level test module/software
Experience with networking, SQL is a plus
Excellent communication skill to all levels within cross functional teams
Active/proactive learner align to the latest new technology driven
Preferred
Additional certificates, licenses and registrations are considered a plus
