Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Oversee the sourcing of new leads through innovative outbound methods, demonstrating creativity in prospecting.
Guide the team in creating and identifying high-quality opportunities by discovering and qualifying outbound leads.
Ensure the team effectively communicates the Absorb value proposition to new prospects.
Drive the team to consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls, emails, and prospecting with a proactive outreach approach.
Set and attain weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals, ensuring leads are qualified to appropriate criteria for overall sales success.
Develop and execute strategic call plans and account plans, collaborating with the account team for collective success.
Identify and engage with sales opportunities, demonstrating a strong understanding of various industry issues and the role of an LMS.
Maintain and ensure accurate CRM tool updates with client information, actively participating in team meetings and projects to improve processes and drive sales output.

Required
3-5 years of experience in a related sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management/coaching position.
Proven ability to lead a team, demonstrating strong motivational and coaching skills. Also has a strong ability take direction from the leaders and contribute across the organization.
Excellent adaptability to change and the ability to switch priorities effectively.
Strong resilience to handle objections and rejections daily, and to inspire the same in the team.
Proficient in conducting detailed data analyses and using metrics to drive business results.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interested in long-term career opportunities in SaaS sales.
