As a Deployment Strategist at Picogrid, you will tailor solutions for Department of Defense customers, oversee product implementation, and act as a conduit for feedback to enhance mission success and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

'Do what it takes' to make every customer relationship a success, understanding users' critical questions, identifying pain points, and optimizing Picogrid's product for their needs

Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver projects

Lead training sessions to ensure optimal use of products, aligning them with user needs, and making a tangible impact on operations

Work with Engineering to document field observations and translate them for the product roadmap

Establish, prioritize, nurture, and grow relationships with Department of Defense partners independently

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences)

Power user of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other productivity tools

Took computer science coursework in college or have coded before

Experience in Management Consulting, Business Development, or similar roles, ideally within a leading defense technology firm

Deep market insights within the Defense and Intelligence sectors, particularly in areas such as Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), intelligence, and tactical communications

Active or eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance

Ability to travel 50 – 75%, depending on project and client needs
