Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic long term plans for assigned key and development accounts
Lead early and continuous customer engagement efforts and manage customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle, focusing on opportunity discovery and development
Identify and pursue capex projects
Provide quarterly summary reports for assigned accounts and monthly sales forecasts
Coordinate activities with other divisions of ABB as well as global and strategic account managers
Build cross-division account teams to enable system drives packaging to effectively serve key accounts

Required
Completion of a Technical Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in drives sales or related industry experience
Knowledge of process industry; applications, products, competition
Comprehensive knowledge of medium voltage variable frequency drives, motors and project sales Highly skilled at developing and growing relationships, from plant level to senior management
Proficient in SalesForce.com tool, Microsoft office products
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
