Responsibilities

Support the creative director to provide boots on the ground creative process governance.

Work closely with the client, account, strategy, and engagement teams to understand all the key objectives and information in the creative brief.

Partner with strategy and creative teams to develop relevant, high-performance conceptual ideas and content strategies based on business objectives and marketing insights.

Create and deliver compelling presentations for internal and client facing audiences.

Foster engaging, collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and teammates.

Provide actionable critiques for the delivery team in all stages of the delivery process.

Ensure alignment with client and partner brand standards.

Collaborate with strategic and development teams to ensure creative concepts can be executed effectively.

Respond to performance data and guide future creative designs.

Required

Knowledge across different areas, from the fundamentals (graphic design, interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process) to new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related mediums

5+ years in the advertising and/or design industry

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Time management skills
