National Account Manager

Responsibilities
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major channel customers and the company.
Resolve key customer issues and complaints.
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs.
Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
Drive activities to increase brand awareness, product presence, and revenue generation.
Coordinate activities with marketing to target specific areas for increased traffic.
Develop and implement action plans to increase company product presence.
Monitor sales data continually and utilize sales analytics for business growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: minimum 3 to 5 years of similar experience in an account team role.
Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
Ability to manage and successfully work under tight time constraints.
Must possess a valid state motor vehicle driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
Must be able to travel to meetings, conferences, etc.
Preferred
MBA Preferred.
Preferred direct selling to targeted customers.
