Responsibilities

Develop strategies for promoting the existing portfolio of products through Commercial Campaign development.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand key personas, market problems, and product value.

Analyze and develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and programs to ensure profitability.

Provide vision, strategy, and leadership for product teams and foster collaboration among key stakeholders.

Identify and resolve issues effectively within the product teams.

Required

Associate degree in engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Ability to build, develop, and engage teams directly and indirectly.

Financial acumen and analytical skills to understand how to influence the profitability of business units.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
