Responsibilities
Lead and manage the preparation of monthly actuals reporting, including variance analysis and narrative commentary.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost center reports.
Prepare and update financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual budget.
Provide financial support to senior leadership, including preparing Board decks and presentations.
Track and manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
Experience with Vena or other reporting tools
Expertise in cost center reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
