Responsibilities

Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in daily correspondence and methods documentation.

Partner with the DC leadership team to maintain an effective labor management program.

Create and maintain engineered labor standards using work measurement tools.

Collaborate to recommend and implement improvements in safety, processes, layouts, equipment, and software systems.

Perform cost/benefit analysis and recommend best practices using lean, six-sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Perform research using data modeling, simulation, and statistical data analysis.

Create equipment and facility layouts using AutoCAD to improve efficiency.

Assist or lead operational excellence, continuous improvement, and work measurement projects.

Travel based on business needs.
