Responsibilities
Prioritizes, assigns, and monitors service requests via Sightplan
Establishes daily work schedules of maintenance personnel in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor
Schedules pre-move out and final move out inspections with residents
Creates purchase orders for vendor services
Inputs unit turnover vendor and maintenance work orders into Sightplan
Follows up on CMS projects and preventative maintenance needs
Contacts residents to ensure work completion and gathers feedback
Purchases supplies, equipment, and services as necessary
Monitors and escalates budgeted variances to General Community Manager

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Proven organizational and time management skills
Valid driver license and automobile insurance
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and property management software
