Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, work closely with senior business leaders, sales, and technical experts to craft public relations strategies for both B2B and internal marketing assets

Build and nurture relationships with media, analysts, key stakeholders, and thought leaders

Gather necessary information from others in the creation of marketing & PR programs internally and externally

Manage relationships with existing third-party agencies to increase brand awareness and revenue growth

Plan and execute the global public relations strategy unique to the overall brand and regional objectives

Write media pitches, speaking briefs, customer communications, company and partner award submissions, and additional internal and external communications

Ensure brand integrity through all communications and materials

Define profile of preferred customer, create personalized content and messaging, and analyze metrics on success

Drive analyst relations through thought leader briefing and industry ranking submissions

Oversee the PR for founder and CEO Robert Herjavec as a thought leader

Manage public relations for the executive team and support internal and external media training for thought leaders

Manage and create meaningful data analysis and reporting to identify trends and results

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
