Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that project delivery is aligned with Radancy's high standards through effective organization, communication, and prioritization
Create and lead (depending on scope) project plans to ensure each project/workstream has clear action owners, due dates, and a work-back schedule
Conduct daily stand-ups, log meeting notes, and facilitate cross-team collaboration with delivery teams as required
Manage, track, and optimize projects to keep release schedule on track
Review priorities with customer success teams on a regular (weekly/daily) basis to ensure resources are deployed appropriately
Track outstanding actions, owners, and due dates to ensure that we meet or exceed delivery requirements
Define, own, and implement customer success Standard Operating Procedures

Required
3+ years of project management experience in a software/technology company
Experience with project management/planning software and tools; Smartsheet preferred
Ability to facilitate constructive discussions among individuals and teams with different areas of expertise
Ability to quickly and accurately assess customer needs and turn into actionable projects
Microsoft 365, Smartsheet and Google Suite applications experience preferred
Recruitment technology experience highly valued
