Responsibilities
Independently manage project clusters' documentation and workflows, ensuring quality and coherence.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process clarifications and decision-making.
Coordinate and guide engineering and architectural specifications, design drawings, and permit submittals.
Support design managers in preparing accurate documentation at various design phases and during construction handoff.
Manage project archiving, tracking, processing, and filing activities.
Provide training for internal and external partners, and offer tactical support.
Prepare ad hoc reports on project progress, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and progress tracking.
Lead process improvement initiatives and system development using Smartsheet.
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance the quality of technical documentation.
Develop and maintain systems for reporting and tracking open issues.
Drive process improvements and support business metrics reporting.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
Attend team meetings, communicate updates, and conduct audits to ensure process adherence.
Potential requirement of up to 25% travel.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or architecture, or 4+ years’ experience as a project engineer for large commercial design and construction projects
4+ years of experience in the design or construction industry
2+ year SQL, Phyton and Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, power apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
U.S. citizenship due to supporting GovCloud information
Experience reviewing technical and contractual documentation
Experience creating Smartsheet Control Center solutions, workspaces, power apps, sheets, reports, workflows, dashboards
Foundational understanding working with large structured and unstructured datasets
Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for all disciplines
Preferred
Attention-to-detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience in Salesforce, BIM, Procore, SharePoint is a plus. Experience with design and/or construction management software including Autodesk BIM360, Bluebeam, and Procore
Knowledge of the scope and design/construction life cycle sequencing of project schedules
Experience with managing documents in various types of office software
Relevant workflow and drawing tools, such as Viso, Miro, and SmartSheet
Organizational, analytical, and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
