Responsibilities

Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of insights and recommendations.

Develop quantitative models necessary for evaluating technology user adoption.

Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning.

Provide financial reporting on the performance of the business and contribute deep-dive analyses and insights for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.

Partner with cross functional teams such as Product, Sales, Analytics, and broader Finance teams for automation and scalability.

Audit business/financial performance regularly and coordinate with other stakeholder teams including Product, Accounting, and other partner Finance teams.

Required

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Preferred

Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
