Responsibilities

Work backwards from the frontline (employees, Site Leadership including managers and HR) to ensure the product is meeting the greatest need, rigorously prioritizing on their behalf.

Drive the key strategy for the product, looking across a multi-year roadmap.

Partner with Tech, Analytics and User Experience teams to deliver the product.

Drive usage of the HR product to positively impact the employee experience.

Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Work with Central Science teams to determine impact on retention to Employees.

Required

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience owning technology products

Preferred

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
