Responsibilities
Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
Engage with the DCS team and clients via email/slack, video chats, or in-person meetings
Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for any custom development required
Work with clients and stakeholders to build clear use cases and a development strategy for each engagement
Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components

Required
1 - 4 years of relevant experience
1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Ability to work on multiple client accounts while paying strict attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in consulting
Willingness to travel for team events as needed
