Responsibilities
Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and modern designs for the Priceless Platform.
Contribute to the product roadmap to ensure ongoing design enhancements.
Partner cross-functionally to understand stakeholder and customer needs.
Design with a global mindset, allowing for customization at regional and local levels.
Execute design lifecycle stages from concept to delivery.
Provide design guidance for various projects and internal communications.
Implement best practices for website or mobile performance and usability optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and user experience.
Build consensus across diverse teams through user-centric solutions and effective communications.

Required
10+ years of relevant design experience
A portfolio of mobile and app design work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions, creative strategy and/or design system for consumer facing products across platforms
Proven experience with iterative design and development process
A strong sense of user empathy
Problem solver who can be effective in situations with limited information, building a solution from first principles and communicating it to stakeholders
Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best product
Strong understanding of website accessibility requirements
Experience designing for globally available platforms
Self-directed, well organized, and extremely detail oriented
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle numerous tasks with tight deadlines
Team player with willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of diverse and geographically distributed team
Willing to travel (10% of the time)
BA or equivalent education
