Responsibilities
Schedule/coordinate sterilization shipment and appointments
Schedule/coordinate mold repairs with vendors
Production sampling coordination
Support as backup for transactional receipts and receiving of product
Support operations/engineering/facilities with sourcing and purchasing MRO supplies
Submit and monitor purchase orders
Support facilities with vendor communication and follow-up on scheduling
EH&S Support – training, maintenance, waste management, and documentation
Work to assigned priorities

Required
Minimum Associate Degree
Minimum 2 years of work-related experience as an assistant/support function
Able to lift 20-25 lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
Ability to listen and speak with employees and vendors
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and transport to other offices
View and type on computer screens for long periods of time
