Responsibilities

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Maintains and services existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Negotiates contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.

Conducts product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of products and services.

Collaborates with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

Prepares and analyzes reports on client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred

Three to five years of cosmetic or other packaging business to business sales and/or account management experience is required

Innate desire to generate new business by any means necessary

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events, both domestically and internationally

Preferred

Experience in product development or design preferred
