Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations, domestically and internationally.
Perform job mapping and compile compensation data files for participation in global compensation surveys.
Review and analyze requests for new or revised positions to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
Conduct annual and ad-hoc market pricing for all MCW positions.
Maintain job description templates and employee files.
Perform job evaluations for all positions to ensure institution-wide consistency in titles and grades.
Evaluate compensation budget submission for each department.
Perform detailed data analysis and manipulation while presenting relevant findings to stakeholders.
Provide organizational support through internal management reporting and dashboards.
Research, analyze, and measure compensation solutions for competitive pay practices.
Use various computer applications for data manipulation and analysis.
Provide insightful analysis and design visual displays of information for reporting to senior executives.
Act as the initial point of contact for general compensation inquiries.
Handle other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of compensation, and/or HR experience, and/or financial reporting/analytics, or equivalent combination of education, years of experience, or certification
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others in problem identification and resolution
Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
Ability to foster teamwork
Ability to clearly communicate information necessary for business success
Demonstrates ability to conceptualize
Ability to set and communicate priorities; effectively planning and organizing the work of the group
