Responsibilities

Own and drive the relationship between the Cloud Operations and application/service and Engineering teams.

Work across the company to evangelize how tech teams are building and architecting the newest innovations.

Act as a central point, owning the definition and execution of the program affecting delivery inside and outside of Five9.

Take on goals related to financial and operational efficiencies and ensure tracking accordingly.

Required

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Experience working with cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP preferred)
