Responsibilities
Leading the end-to-end product design process, from concept ideation to implementation, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, user-centric solutions.
Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve design challenges, address feedback, and iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences, leveraging findings to inform design decisions.

Required
Experience working with a distributed team in a mostly asynchronous environment.
5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on double-sided marketplaces. Tokenomics, defi, AI experience, a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mostly asynchronous environment and comfortable with ambiguity
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts
Must be able to overlap hours part of the day and attend review sessions
Proficiency in Figma
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and processes
Excellent communicator
