Responsibilities

Works with data analytics team(s) to streamline business reporting needs and improve reporting models.

Assists in data management by converting complex raw data into accessible data.

Sources, designs, and builds foundational data sets for product analytics, data modeling, and data warehouses.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.

Develops project management frameworks and monitors the entire data framework for resolving data challenges.

Defines objectives per business requirements and analyzes data with business analysts and data scientists.

Mentors other engineers to ensure best practices and participates in the change management process.

Adheres to all confidentiality, HIPAA, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science OR comparable knowledge and job experience

5+ years of experience in data analysis and developing technological business strategies and dashboards

Knowledge of SQL and cloud data warehousing technologies, including Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Strong experience with Excel

Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills

Experience with programming languages such as Python

Experience in using BI and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, Looker, and QuickSight

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge in statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, data mining, financial analysis, and demand modeling
