Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
Proven experience in managing marketing technology platforms, such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
Experience in PowerBI or comparable data visualization tooling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in setting and achieving marketing goals.
