Responsibilities
Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenue
Develop prospective clients through various strategies
Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, etc.
Formulate sales plan to achieve sales targets
Present TransPerfect’s solutions via different meetings
Problem solve to improve new business development strategy
Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients
Educate clients regarding the translation process and services
Develop account strategies to achieve revenue goals
Grow existing customer relationships within clients

Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Between 1-3 years of sales experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Preferred
Previous Account Management experience is beneficial but not essential
